6:59 2nd Quarter-Referees Ken Mauer Brian Forte and Ed Malloy communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Raptors Tyler Hansbrough met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Hansbrough was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
