8:59 2nd Quarter-Referees Monty McCutchen Derrick Stafford and Josh Tiven communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Mavericks Devin Harris met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Harris was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
