Flagrant Fouls

7:31 4^th Quarter – Referees Scott Foster Pat Fraher and Ron Garretson communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Wizards Kevin Seraphin met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review the referees ruled that Seraphin’s foul did not meet the criteria and he was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
