Flagrant Fouls

1:16 3^rd Quarter-Referees Scott Foster Jason Phillips and Tom Washington communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Cavaliers Tristan Thompson met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Thompson was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul as the foul penalty.
