8:07 3rd Quarter-Referees Joe Crawford Mike Callahan and Tom Washington communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Rockets Dwight Howard met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Howard was assessed aflagrant foul type 1as the foul penalty.
