3:35 4th Quarter-Referees Ken Mauer Tony Brothers and Ed Malloy communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Rockets Dwight Howard met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Howard was assessed acommon foulnot a flagrant foul as the foul penalty.
