Flagrant Fouls
7:21 2nd Quarter-Referees Scott Foster Marc Davis and Zach Zarba communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Cavaliers Iman Shumpert met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Shumpert was assessed a common foulas the foul penalty not a flagrant foul.
