Off-Ball Fouls
1:25 3rd Quarter-The crew chief James Capers communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the Pelicans Ryan Anderson was in his upward shooting motion as the off-ball foul was committed by the Warriors Leandro Barbosa. After the review it was determined that Barbosa committed the foul prior to Anderson starting his upward shooting motion. Anderson’s field goal was then negated.
