Flagrant Fouls

3:14 4^th Quarter- Referees Tony Brothers, Derrick Collins, and Kevin Scott communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Mavericks Chandler Parsons was called for a foul.  After the review Parsons was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul.
