Flagrant Fouls

2:50 3^rd Quarter-Referees Bill Kennedy, Kane Fitzgerald, and Tre Maddox communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Pelicans Ryan Anderson was called for a foul.  After the review Anderson was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul.
