6:08 3rd Quarter-Referees James Capers, David Guthrie, and Derek Richardson communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Heat’s Shannon Brown and the Hornets Lance Stephenson were called for a double personal fouls. After the review Brown and Stephenson were each assessed common fouls not flagrant fouls.
