Flagrant Fouls
11:27 3rd Quarter – The crew communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Rockets’ Dwight Howard met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review it was determined that Howard’s foul did not meet the criteria and he was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
