Flagrant Fouls

9:00 2^nd Quarter-The crew chief Scott Foster communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Rockets Dwight Howard met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Howard was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
