10:58 4th Quarter-The crew chief Zach Zarba communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Cavaliers JR Smith took place prior to the Jazz inbounding the ball from the sideline. After review it was determined that Smith did commit the foul before the ball was inbounds.
