Off-Ball Fouls
11:42 4th Quarter-The crew chief Bill Spooner communicated with the Replay Center to see if the Knicks Kyle O’Quinn released his field goal attempt prior to the off-ball foul that was committed by his teammate Kevin Seraphin. After review it was determined that Seraphin committed the foul before O’Quinn released his field goal attempt.
