Off-Ball Fouls
3:46 3rd Quarter-The crew chief Zach Zarba communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Celtics Amir Johnson took place prior to the Thunder’s Enes Kanter tip in field goal. After review it was determined that Johnson committed the foul before Kanter tipped the ball. Replay Center official Tony Brown assisted on the call.
