Off-Ball Fouls
4:41 2nd Quarter-The crew chief Zach Zarba communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Hornets Nicolas Batum took place prior to the Knicks inbounding the ball from the baseline. After review it was determined that Batum committed the foul before the Knicks had inbounded the ball.
