8:48 4th Quarter-The crew chief Pat Fraher communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Magic’s Jason Smith took place prior to the Knicks Lance Thomas starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that the foul committed by Smith took place before Thomas was in his upward shooting motion.
