Shot Clock Violation
End of 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Scott Wall to determine whether or not the field goal made by the Raptors Cory Joseph at the 00:03.9 mark in the quarter was released prior to the expiration of the shot clock. Initially the referees on the floor ruled that Joseph did not release his field goal attempt in time and after review the call was upheld.
