Flagrant Fouls
1:08 3rd Quarter-The crew chief Ed Malloy communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Thunder’s Nick Collison met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Collison was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
