9:29 2nd Quarter-The crew chief Tony Brothers communicated with the Replay Center to determine whether or not the Pelicans Jrue Holiday was in the act of shooting when the off ball foul was committed by the Jazz’s Alec Burks. After review it was determined that Burks committed the foul before Holiday was in his upward shooting motion
