Flagrant Fouls
4:57 3rd Quarter- Referees Danny Crawford, JT Orr, and Josh Tiven communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Hornets Lance Stephenson was called for a foul. After the review Stephenson was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul.
