Flagrant Fouls

3:11 3^rd Quarter-The crew chief Derrick Stafford communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the 76ers JaKarr Sampson met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Sampson was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
