00:01 3rd Quarter- Referees Jason Phillips, Courtney Kirkland, and Dedric Taylor communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the last second foul committed by the Rockets Joey Dorsey took place prior to time expiring in the quarter. Initially the foul was ruled to have occurred before time expired in the quarter and after the review the call was upheld.
