Flagrant Fouls
5:42 3rd Quarter-The crew chief Jason Phillips communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Rockets Patrick Beverley met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Beverley was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
