End of 1st Quarter – The crew communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the field goal attempt by the Blazers' Allen Crabbe at 1.3 seconds of the quarter was released prior to the shot clock expiring. Initially it was ruled that he did release it in time and the ruling wasupheld.
