10:43 2nd Quarter-The crew chief Derrick Stafford communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off ball foul committed by the Kings Rajon Rondo took place before the Trail Blazers Maurice Harkless began his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Rondo committed the off ball foul before Harkless was in his upward shooting motion.
