Off-Ball Fouls

7:00 4^th Quarter-The crew chief Ron Garretson communicated with the Replay Center to determine whether the Kings DeMarcus Cousins was in his upward shooting motion prior to the off-ball foul that was committed by the Mavericks Zaza Pachulia. After review it was determined that Pachulia committed the off-ball foul prior to Cousins starting his upward shooting motion.
