Shot Clock Violation

4:03 1^st Quarter – The crew communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Sixers’ Richaun Holmes was committed prior to the shot clock expiring. After review ruling was that the shot clock did not expire before the foul was committed.
