Flagrant Fouls

3:05 4^th Quarter – The crew communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Raptors’ Patrick Patterson met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review it was determined that Patterson’s foul met the criteria and he was assessed a flagrant foul penalty 1 as the foul penalty.
