Shot Clock Violation

8:49 3^rd Quarter-The crew chief Ron Garretson communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Cavaliers JR Smith took place prior to time expiring on the shot clock. After review it was determined that Smith committed a foul before the shot clock expired.
