Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
9:34 2nd Quarter – The crew communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Wizards’ Gary Neal met the criteria for a clear path foul. After review it was determined that Neal’s foul did not meet the criteria and he was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
