Off-Ball Fouls
6:01 3rd Quarter-The crew chief Tom Washington communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the Pelicans Eric Gordon was in his upward shooting motion prior to the off-ball foul being committed by the Timberwolves Adreian Payne. After review it was determine that Payne committed the foul after Gordon started his upward shooting motion.
