Out-of-Bounds Plays

1:43 4^th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Matt Boland to determine who possession should belong to after the ball was knocked out of bounds. Initially the referees on the floor awarded possession to the Rockets however after review the call was overturned and the Pelicans were then awarded possession.
