3:04 4th Quarter-The crew chief Tony Brothers communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Knicks Kyle O’Quinn met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review O’Quinn was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
