Flagrant Fouls
Referees Mike Callahan, Mitchell Ervin and Brian Forte communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Thunder’s Kendrick Perkins was called for a foul. After the review Perkins was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
