Flagrant Fouls
1:34 3rd Quarter-The crew chief Jason Phillips communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Suns Mirza Teletovic met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Teletovic was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
