1:08 2nd Quarter-The crew chief Mike Callahan communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Mavericks Zaza Pachulia met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Pachulia was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty. A double technical foul was then also assessed to Pachulia and the Spurs David West.
