Flagrant Fouls
7:51 2nd Quarter – The crew communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul on the Wizards’ Ramon Sessions met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review it was determined that the foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and a common foul was assessed.
