Off-Ball Fouls
11:33 3rd Quarter-The crew chief James Capers communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Cavaliers JR Smith took place prior to the Raptors DeMar DeRozan starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Smith committed the off-ball foul before DeRozan started his shooting motion.
