00:08.4 1st Quarter-The crew chief Tony Brothers communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Celtics Tyler Zeller took place prior to the Trail Blazers Damian Lillard starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Zeller committed the off-ball foul prior to Lillard starting his shooting motion.
