Flagrant Fouls

7:28 4^th Quarter-The crew chief Ron Garretson communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Heat’s Justise Winslow met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Winslow was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
