9:25 3rd Quarter-The crew chief Ken Mauer communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Pistons Reggie Jackson met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Jackson was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
