7:18 2nd Quarter-The crew chief Bill Kennedy communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Suns Ronnie Price took place prior to the Timberwolves Shabazz Muhammad starting his shooting motion. After review it was determined that Price committed the off-ball foul before Muhammad was in his shooting motion.
