Shot Clock Violation
7:35 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Gary Zielinski to determine whether or not the 3pt field goal made by the Raptors Norman Powell at the 10:55 mark in the quarter was released prior to time expiring on the shot clock. Initially the referees on the floor ruled that Powell did release his 3pt field goal attempt in time and after review the call was upheld.
