Flagrant Fouls

7:53 4^th Quarter – The crew communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Thunder’s Russell Westbrook met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review it was determined that Westbrook’s foul did not meet the criteria and he was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
