Off-Ball Fouls
5:29 2nd Quarter-Referees Derrick Stafford, Sean Corbin, and Mitchell Ervin communicated with the Replay Center to determine whether or not the off ball foul committed by the Pelicans Anthony Davis took place prior to the Knicks Carmelo Anthony starting his shooting motion. Initially the referees ruled that Anthony did not start his shooting motion before the foul was committed by Davis and after the review the call was upheld. However, after review Davis’ common foul was upgraded to a flagrant foul.
