Shot Clock Violation
3:52 2nd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official JT Orr to determine whether or not the field goal made by the Wizards Otto Porter Jr. at the 4:38 mark in the quarter was released prior to time expiring on the shot clock. Initially the referees on the floor ruled that Porter did release his field goal attempt in time however after review the call was overturned and Porter’s field goal was negated.
