Off-Ball Fouls

5:41 4^th Quarter-The crew chief John Goble communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Knicks Cleanthony Early took place prior to the 76ers Ish Smith starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Early committed the off-ball foul after Smith began his shooting motion.
