11:41 1st Quarter-The crew chief Scott Foster communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Wizards Markieff Morris took place before the Hornets Marvin Williams started his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Morris committed the off-ball before Williams started his shooting motion.
